Role Overview:
The Brand Marketer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, securing corporate deals, writing proposals, and executing marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility. This role plays a crucial part in helping the business secure long-term partnerships and expand corporate catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and pitch corporate catering services, structured meal plans, and event deals to businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and business executives.
• Drive brand visibility and market positioning in the food & hospitality industry.
2️⃣ Proposal Writing & Sales Negotiation
• Prepare detailed proposals and sales pitches for corporate and event catering services.
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, event planners, and businesses.
• Ensure all proposals align with company goals and market trends.
3️⃣ Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Develop and implement brand marketing campaigns to attract clients.
• Work with the design & media teams to create promotional materials.
• Manage digital and offline marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and sales.
4️⃣ Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Suggest new marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- 3-5years experience in business development especially in QSR or catering Industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Charismatic and Good physical appearance
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively.
