As our Facility Manager, you will oversee the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all physical infrastructure, equipment, and systems. This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented professional who can lead maintenance, coordinate vendors, and uphold high facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper functioning of all facility systems (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Manage facility maintenance schedules and supervise repair work.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams.

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Develop and monitor facility budgets and cost-saving strategies.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards and reduce downtime.

Report and resolve facility-related incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or related field.

3+ years proven experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of building systems and equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
