Reports To: Chairman

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Chairman. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the Chairman, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Chairman.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Liaise between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.

Track and follow up on pending issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Draft professional communications, emails, and memos as directed.

Manage office records, files, and documentation for the Chairman’s office.

Undertake any other administrative or project-based tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
