Payments
If your payment isn’t processing, here are a few possible reasons:
- Insufficient funds: Please check your account balance.
- Incorrect payment details: Ensure you’ve entered the correct card details.
- Bank restrictions: Some banks may block online transactions. Contact your bank for assistance.
- Technical issues: Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
- Payment method not supported: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Ensure you’re using a supported method.

If you’re eligible for a refund, follow these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard > Payments section.
- Select the transaction you wish to dispute.
- Click on Request Refund and provide a reason.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only available for erroneous charges or failed transactions.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the trial period.

To apply a coupon to your payment:
- Select the plan or service you wish to purchase.
- On the checkout page, enter your coupon code in the provided field.
- Click Apply, and the discount will be reflected.
- Proceed with payment.
Note: Coupons have an expiration date and may not be valid for all services.
To update your account name:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings > Account Details.
- Click Edit and update your name.
- Save changes.
For security reasons, you may need to verify your identity before making changes. If you encounter issues, please contact support.
