If your payment isn’t processing, here are a few possible reasons:

  • Insufficient funds: Please check your account balance.
  • Incorrect payment details: Ensure you’ve entered the correct card details.
  • Bank restrictions: Some banks may block online transactions. Contact your bank for assistance.
  • Technical issues: Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
  • Payment method not supported: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Ensure you’re using a supported method.

If you’re eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard > Payments section.
  2. Select the transaction you wish to dispute.
  3. Click on Request Refund and provide a reason.
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only available for erroneous charges or failed transactions.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the trial period.

To apply a coupon to your payment:

  1. Select the plan or service you wish to purchase.
  2. On the checkout page, enter your coupon code in the provided field.
  3. Click Apply, and the discount will be reflected.
  4. Proceed with payment.

To update your account name:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Details.
  3. Click Edit and update your name.
  4. Save changes.
