Are you an experienced agricultural professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for sustainable farming? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Agro General Manager to oversee and drive our agriculture, livestock, and poultry operations to new heights. You will play a key role in managing farm activities, streamlining production, and boosting profitability across all agro-related sectors, including crops, livestock, feed production, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of all agricultural and poultry units.

Plan and implement crop production schedules, poultry breeding programs, and livestock management protocols.

Monitor input procurement, usage, and output to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

Supervise farm managers, veterinary teams, agronomists, and technical staff.

Ensure compliance with agricultural standards, health & safety, and environmental policies.

Prepare budgets, operational reports, and market analysis for decision-making.

Identify and implement growth strategies, new technologies, and cost-saving practices.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for feed, equipment, and produce distribution.

Qualifications:
B.Sc or M.Sc in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related fields.

5+ years of experience managing large-scale farms or agribusinesses.

Solid knowledge of crop and poultry farming, including modern techniques and best practices.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Strong financial acumen and experience handling agricultural budgets.

Familiarity with agricultural technology tools and farm management systems.
