Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA (HR focus) is a strong advantage.
• HR Certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a consulting or advisory role.
• Proven success delivering client-facing HR solutions across various sectors.
• Strong experience in organisational diagnostics, workforce planning, and policy development.
